Dear Editor,
We would like to thank the Contributor for acknowledging the findings of our case report. We agree with the contributor's recommendation for testosterone replacement therapy to manage hypogonadism along with a multidisciplinary approach in managing such individuals with testicular dysgenesis. Apart from fertility management, such individuals with 46XX testicular dysgenesis need long-term follow-up for general health and well-being, and this has been properly described by the contributor.
